Closing the gap between AI visibility and actual revenue.
Xyra Foundry assesses and benchmarks whether AI can find you, understand you, recommend you, and convert the buyers it sends your way, the full picture most tools miss.
Find out whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews are recommending you, or recommending your competitors instead.

What the data shows
The buyer journey has not disappeared. It has moved. Research, comparison, and evaluation now happen inside AI interfaces before anyone reaches your website. The sites AI cites are not the biggest. They are the best structured.

What Makes Xyra Different
Most audits cover one layer. Xyra covers three.
Most GEO tools audit the technical layer: crawl access, schema, sitemaps. That covers roughly eight of the 30 items in our audit, the ones that determine whether AI finds you, cites you, and sends buyers who convert. The remaining items live in the UX and content layers, this is where high-intent buyers decide, and almost nothing else checks it.
Discover why AI systems aren't recommending your business when buyers are searching. The AI readiness and buyer jounery audit covers technical, buying decision journey and content in one diagnostic, the only one that does.
How does the audit actually work?
Three stages, each one a service in its own right. Every stage tests all three layers, technical, buyer journey and content, what changes is how deep you go and what you walk away with.
Diagnose
We test where AI is bypassing your site today, asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews the real questions your buyers ask, then show you exactly what comes back.
Understand
We score your site against all 30 items across discoverability, entity clarity, content and decision journey, so you know precisely where it's failing and why.
Fix
You get a prioritised list of what to fix first, tied to the buyers you're actually losing, not a forty item backlog with no order.

Is SEO dead? No. But the journey has changed.
Organic traffic is falling. Conversion intent is rising. People who arrive have already been through ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews. They are not browsing. They are validating. If your site is not structured for AEO and GEO, you lose them at the moment they are most ready to act.

Frequently asked questions
What is AI visibility and why does it matter?
AI visibility refers to how prominently and accurately your business appears when someone asks an AI tool, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews, a question related to your category, service, or brand. It matters because research, comparison, and shortlisting increasingly happen inside AI interfaces before anyone reaches a website. Businesses that are invisible at this stage are being ruled out before they are ever considered.
How is AI visibility different from traditional search ranking?
In traditional search, a user sees a list of results and chooses where to click. In AI search, the AI generates a response and either includes your business or it does not. AI visibility depends on whether your content can be understood, extracted, and cited confidently by AI systems, not just whether it ranks in search results.
Do I need to worry about AI visibility if my SEO is strong?
Yes. Strong SEO and strong AI visibility are related but not the same thing. A site can rank well in Google and still be invisible in ChatGPT or Perplexity if its content, entity signals, and decision journeys are not structured for AI extraction and recommendation.
How is Xyra different from an SEO agency?
Xyra does not manage SEO campaigns or produce content at scale. The audit is a diagnostic that identifies what to fix and in what order. It covers technical, UX, and content layers, including areas that most SEO tools and audits do not assess.
How do I know if my buyers are actually using AI to research?
You probably already have part of the answer sitting in your own analytics, most teams just haven't tagged AI referral traffic separately, so it gets folded into organic and looks smaller than it really is. The wider pattern is clear regardless: between 58 and 65 percent of searches now end without a click, and AI Overviews alone reach billions of users a month. If your buyers compare options at all before they get in touch, some of that comparison is already happening inside an AI answer, whether it shows up in your analytics yet or not.
